An incredibly cool image has been published: the first actual picture of a black hole! And not just any black hole, but a "supermassive" black hole more than a billion times the mass of our Sun, in the center of M87. Wow! I'm just a spectator like everyone else, but I had a chance to meet one of the EHT scientists a few years ago, and today am so excited for the team! Congrats!!
